  • 113 g butter
  • 1 orange zest and juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • chocolate
  • decoration-sprinkles

Melt the butter and cool. Sifted flour and mix with baking powder and salt.

Beat eggs in a mixer along with sugar until you get a fluffy foam. Add orange juice and orange zest, vanilla, then gradually add flour, stir, pour the melted butter and stir again. Cover the dough and place in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Spray a madeleine form with cooking oil, add the batter and bake in a preheated 190'C (375F) oven for 10-12 min, or until golden.

Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar or decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles
